Major Technology Distributor Launches Telchemy Presence in Korea

IP Telephony is growing rapidly in Korea despite the current economic slow down, as VoIP has become a key value-added service in Korea's fast growing broadband market. The leading Korean service providers are implementing Service Level Agreements based on the voice quality experienced over VoIP services. Service providers are also offering pricing plans based upon agreed to call quality levels.
