SQprobe is a high performance OEM software probe that provides non-intrusive monitoring of VoIP traffic and real-time call quality analysis using Telchemy's industry-leading VQmon/SA performance analysis technology. Deployed in an Enterprise or Residential/Hosted PBX service provider VoIP network, SQprobe passively monitors both directions of the voice packet stream, automatically detects voice data and identifies individual calls, and provides detailed real-time quality and performance metrics for both active and completed calls and user-defined call flows. SQprobe also collects quality reports sent by endpoints (such as IP phones, gateways, and softphones) equipped with integrated reporting agent software such as Telchemy's VQmon/EP, automatically correlating the data with quality metrics obtained by directly monitoring the voice packet stream. SQprobe provides real-time access to quality scores (including MOS and R factor scores for individual calls and call flows), performance metrics, and expert analysis diagnostic information via its Web and SNMP interfaces. An integrated SNMP agent provides seamless integration with existing NMS/OSS architectures and allows SQprobe to provide instant notification of events or alert conditions that may require immediate action. SQprobe can be deployed alone or in combination with Voyager for advanced remote monitoring and troubleshooting of branch office, teleworker, and customer premises sites. |
