Web-based Training

Telchemy's web-based training classes offer a convenient way to introduce users to the DVQattest active test and troubleshooting application. This online course provides an overview of the DVQattest interface and features, and explains how to use DVQattest to troubleshoot problems affecting VoIP and IP Videoconferencing quality as well as network and network application performance.

On-site Training

Telchemy's on-site training classes provide hands-on instruction in the use of DVQattest or SQmediator. On-site training can be performed as a half-day introductory course or a full-day, in-depth class. These classes provide an introductory walkthrough of DVQattest or SQmediator features followed by more detailed instructions on performing specific tasks, such as SLA monitoring, pre-deployment VoIP or IP Videoconferencing testing, and advanced troubleshooting of voice, video, and network performance problems.
